Wireless Setup Help
Alright I have a question about setting up wireless internet for my Gaming PC Build I will finish later this summer. Now I want to set up a wireless connection that is about 50-80 FT above where I am now where my new Gaming Computer will be. I have a Linksys WRT54G Wireless-G Broadband router ver. 6 with 2.4GHz and 54mbps. I need a Wireless network PCI Card or USB card so that I can access the internet on that computer. I have been looking at Cards and USB Devices for this and these are some that I have found that I "think" will work with my router and have a good, soild, and fast connection when I am playing online games.
Product #1: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16833166038 Product #2: http://www.tigerdirect.com/applicati...486&CatId=2688 Those are the two I am deciding upon right now. I leaning towards the Rosewill because i have never really heard of Sabrent and also because it is cheaper. I need something that is compatible with Vista Home Premium 64 Bit like those two are. If anyone can help me or give me some ideas on what to get and do that would be great. Thank you. |

Get a matching Linksys WMP54G for best results. A "N" adapter will do nothing for you without a "N" router.
