Toshiba services running

not sure i am in the right forum for this

Can anyone help me here, i have a toshiba laptop L300, and i have four toshiba services running which are.

Toshiba Navi support service(TNaviSvr)
Toshiba smart log service
toshiba Disc drive service
Toshiba power saver

With me having a toshiba laptop, i don't know whether i actually need these running or whether they all need to be running.

I have done plenty of searches on this, but no information on what happens if the service or sevices are disabled.

Or won't it do any harm just to leave them alone ?

I'd leave them alone unless you can determine that they are causing you problems and disabling them wouldn't cause problems.

i will probably leave them alone.
But why is it hard to find information, on disableing any of these and what happens.
You can find info on what they are like toshiba Navi support service is part of the Toshiba dvd player, but nothing on what happens if you disable it.

Maybe the information is out there and i have just not found it.

I even registered on two toshiba laptop forums a couple of days ago, and asked the same question and got no replys yet.........
