Unhappy error installing network card

Hey guys I have a Belkin Wireless G Desktop Card : F5D7000 V.5100 and when I install the belkin V.5XXX after installing I get a error saying 0x004061b0 reffering memory to 0x004061b0 and it has a I/O error 0xc000026e.

When I restart the computer it says the system memory has change and I have to go back when windows work normally because if I let it boot up normally it gives me a bsod.

What is going on guys? I really want to have the internet working

thnx

Do you get the error when you put in the card and reboot, or when you install the driver during the "Found New Hardware" wizard?

Be sure you're using the latest driver from Belkin.

I haven't seen an I/O error since the 98 and ME days, any chance you can try the card in another machine to make sure it's not a faulty card?

I've try different methods, still no luck

I get that error when I install the drives from the start. However when I restart it the computer will say new hard ware has been found but when I install it the computer gives me a error saying it can not be installed.

I have no clue on how to solve this issue...

on belkin it says to use the driver from what type of card i have. I have a 5100 so Id install the 5xxx driver.

its not the card because I had it running on my good tower which has vista, I'm giving this wireless card to my old dell tower in a different room. It has xp

And whats weird is that whenever I install it from the beginning it sometimes work at first but as soon as I restart passing the bios I get a system memory has change and if I continue I get BSOD
