Please help

hi guys heres my problem

nearlly everytime i click on a website using i.e i get a black screen with a red box saying this is a non secure site then 2 boxes saying continue anyway or click here to get protection. when i click on get protection it takes me to a site wanting me to buy antivir.

i have tried looking in c drive and deleating anything i think it could be and also in add and remove
and still no progress.

p.s i have avg installed and its working fine.

i think it may be malware or something im not sure anyone know how to get rid of this?

download malwarebytes antimalware;
install and run a full scan;
post of your results after the above steps.

Your best bet is to make sure that you are doing those scans in safe mode instead of normal mode.
