IPhone Hacked??

I believe this involves network security so put the thread here. Luckily, I have my IPhone and gal bud has hers so I can compare the two. This all began a few weeks ago and has jacked my phone on WiFi here at the house. May be easier to list the issue(s) outside a paragraph structure.

1) I can no longer use mine. Stays on 3G.
2) When click Settings, WiFi I get weird stuff. I assumed was neighbor's
network named BHALZOUT as always showed up. Last few days a quick
flash of a BobaNet appears then leaves. This doesn't happen on her
IPhone nor our 2 laptops. My phone Mac is authorized in my router.
3) When I click her WiFi settings for our Network, the numbers are correct
for IP, router, dns and search domain (gateway.2wire.net). Plus gives an
option to renew lease. My phone shows our Network with a padlock of
course and when click it, I get none of the above. It won't even ask for
a password but did until a few hours ago. Now the other Networks aren't
showing up after all this time. The home screen has changed from 3G to
the squiggly marks showing connection, but to whom? Now it's asking for
my password to Network router. It's like someone's coming & going. Fear
putting in my Network password - who's asking for it? This is flaky!!!

Have you tried resetting the phone's software?

I reset the Network to no use. Now doing the software. Cleaned out the authorized devices from the router and everything put back including Direct TV (gal bud was pissed for awhile- watching a movie). Manually input my phone. It sees my Network name but just spins as b4. Other 2 flakes I wrote about pop up. Now "emergency call" pops up. 2 hours later - Did a jailbreak on entire phone and when select WiFi, BHALZOUT still appears along with my Network, then BobaNet pops up for a sec. All the resets and password and reentering my home router to authorize is worthless. Nothing in authorized wireless access but for authorized by me, just our phones and laptops.. 3G goes away at top and thinking am connected. Even Safari doesn't work saying need an Internet connection. WWF doesn't work saying same. If was one of my PCs, I'd nuke in a heartbeat. Gotta figure out who is BHALZOUT and BobaNet is/are and stay out of trouble at same time. Grrrrrrrr..............

Even later update - did a complete wipeout, even lost all my contacts, messages, games and stuff, and it still has this b.s. with these networks showing up. I don't want to go next door and see those geeks (exactly that) and putting me out of commission. Somehow hacked my cell but no sign in the router wireless. Way weird. Feel like talking to self. Getting an Android tomorrow.

Guy next door moved out a month ago and all of my stuff is so stable now. Call it whatever, all I know is that for years all was cool, he moves in, things get screwy for awhile, he moves and all is stable. He was a weird cat the few times I saw him outside and spoke. He was always looking up at the sky, as though he was expecting something to fall it seemed.
