Why am I not hearing anything about the big government protecting us from the big malware that is supposed to hit in July and they want to scan everybody's PC to check to see if we are infected and install future protection. Am I paranoid about this

No way in hell are they going to scan me and protect.

If you find yourself asking if you are paranoid, then you are not. It is the people who are truly paranoid who do not know that they are.

A number of government agencies would like to have a back door into everyone's computer via a door baked into the hardware....and that is not being paranoid.

The reality is that the NSA can intercept electronic packets without a search warrant if they want. The reality is also that they could not care less or have the time or human resources to read about what the average citizen has to say, unless someone gets tagged by the algorithms as a potential terrorist threat or as a bad guy in some other way. So don't be a threat.

The bottom line is that only the paranoid and bad people need to worry.

How about putting it in context? This isn't about something that is going to hit in July.

If it has already hit you are infected and you are being directed to servers that were put in place to give you internet access, replacing rogue servers that were intended to hurt you. Those good servers are going to be taken out of operation because there isn't money to keep them running. Time for you to check to see if you are infected.

I think no matter how Noble the reason it's a bad idea to let any Goverment to have free access to your PC.

The problem is someone into Gorerment will alway's find a way to use something that was ment for good and use it to screw over people,for example let's say someone who does not care much about how the War Vet's are being treated when they come home so they decide to protest and people start to listen to them and then gues what who do think would be looking into that person's PC all of a sudden,and when that happen's another Freedom has been taken away if they would use any info they could find on his PC to make it harder for him to Protest if that person emailed other's that may show up at the Protest's.

The olny thing I can see now a day's is the olny thing Goverment's care about are helping big Corperation's that are already filthy Rich get even more Rich and letting the guy who has to go out and do an Honest day's work breaking his Back pay for it and that's not me being Paranoid that's the Truth.
