if the printer is network-able then yes.
Or if your router has a USB port or printer port the printer can hook to or the printer has Cat5e port. I've even installed a printer on one rig and then networked the PCs and installed the driver on another networked PC and it saw the printer on the network but only as long as the host PC is on....

That printer is networkable, but not through the USB port on the router. It must be connected to one of the computers and then the computers have to be networked. Use the peer to peer or the point and print method in the manual (linked below). You can only scan from the computer it's connected to, but you can print from any computer on the network.

I'm new to net working. When I went into network section it shows 2 computer the two in my room. Which are two of the computer hook up to my 4 port usb switch. If i'm going to set up a printing network I wound like to have all my computer on the network to print and save documents. I have another two computers one in the same room a lap top on the 4 port switch. My wifes lap top computer is up stairs. I would like to setup if I can, when I save a document in one computer it saves it in my other three computers.
Thanks Anthony |

If all of them are connected to the router - either wired or wireless - and can access the Internet, they can all be networked. Exactly how to do it depends on what operating system each one has.
Automatically saving documents on all of them simultaneously is not realistic but they can all have access to a shared documents folder on each one. |

I'm moving this thread to the Networking section. Networking Vista and 8 isn't difficult but Linux is a lot more advanced.
