Need some help
Ok trying to see if someone can help me.
We do a lot of support for school districts. We have a school district that host their own stuff. The issue they are having is when they try to generate reports and stuff all the generates is a blank page. The problem is that it does not produce any type of error only gives a blank page. We have tried the following things. Install a new printer service Move the print service to its own web server and many other things and sometimes it works and sometimes it does not. The one thing we have found is that when we run a program called web fiddler debugger everything works as it should. We think this slows the processing of information down enough to populate reports and it works every single time. Anyone have any ideas of what we may be able to try. The main problem we have is sometimes the reports generate and sometimes they don't. When they don't populate it does not give off an error message or anything. |

Here is a brief summary of what I know we have tried, none of these steps corrected the issue for more than a few minutes if at all.
1. Added the website to the Trusted Sites 2. Installed a local copy of the SQL Server Reporting Services Client 3. The primay user with the issue has logged into multiple machines 4. Other users have logged into machines with the issue 5. Moved the SQL Report Server to the Web server |
