Limit bandwidth per device

Hi, I was wondering if there is a way to limit a device's maximum bandwidth speed (or download speed if that's not the right term) on a wireless network, within the router settings?

It depends on the router. It's called QoS (quality of service). I do know if your router will accept 3rd party firmware such as DD-WRT, it's easily done.

Thanks, I'll look into both of those.

I found the QoS setting in the router settings! Thanks a lot!

If this is for the purpose of multiplayer gaming then you can get a gaming router which will prioritize packets to the computer playing the game.
