Tweaking a shared computer
I have DSL, and have heard about tweaking windows for better transfer rates on the internet. I also have a 2nd computer using ICS with a peer-to-peer network. Now, should this second computer be tweaked also? It is using the main computer to access the internet so i figured if I need to tweak my main computer, I should tweak the 2nd also. Does this sound right?

I saw a dramatic improvement when I went to www.pcpitstop.com and tweaked my WIN98 PC.

Yes, you should tweak the settings on both computers. The tweaks don't effect the ICS speeds, so you still have to adjust them on each client system.
