Question Really Slow Network XP to XP

Hello again, I think I have pretty much sussed out my network, I can access the two computers, share internet and play LAN Multiplayer games free of problems. But there are still two problems:

1. When I am browsing the other computer its really slow and cannot copy files from one computer to the other.

2. When I try to print something from the client computer it can't. (I think it might have something to do with the overall slowness).

So if anyone can help me to get rid of these final problems in my network I would greatly appreciate it.

Are you running software firewalls on the two PC's?
