No longer on a Network
Have just setup this laptop to dial a new ISP. However, in a former life I assume that it must have been part of a network, as each time I dial out and connect to the ISP, a MS Networking message appears saying that it cannot find the Domain Server.
How do I get rid of this message, so that the customer won’t be bothered by it? |

I'll assume Win 9x here...
Go into Control Panel/Network and double click on the Client for Microsoft Networks. Uncheck "Log onto domain..." option. I'm not on a 9x machine so I'm going from memory here!

That's the problem resolved - thanks very much.
