Bloody work is spying!!!

Where i work the suporvisors have installed WinWhatWhere on the network to spy on us,

is there a way i stop the software once its running (ctrl-alt-del is no good as it doesnt show in the list)

They even tried to hide the taskbar icon but i managed to find out a 3-combo sequance on the keyboard brings it back into the taskbar

I would really like some input on this, i didnt know where to post it but its anoying me stupid, the bit that gets my back up the most is that they havnt told anyone about it,
if they told us that they had the software there then i wouldnt feal so bad but its like there trying to trick us.

Is this legal??

Can they do this without our concent??

(Nothing is in our contract about it)

I hope someone can help

Many regards,

James
