Just got this back from CA.

Thank you for contacting the CA Ombudsman Desk.

Thank you for bringing this rumor to our attention. We are happy to inform
you that the rumor about Computer Associates' InoculateIT Personal Edition
software being sold to McAfee is false. CA will continue to maintain and
support its InoculateIT anti-virus software. Please let us know where the
article containing this rumor may be found, as we would like to prevent any
more misinformation from being spread.
