This guy has had Duron running 100% overclocked, a 600mhz chip at 1.2ghz, take a look at this celeron fans:

On a smaller scale, I already have my 266 Celeron at work running at 533 on 2-2-2 PC100 (rates at 125) RAM. For cooling it's running a stock sized heat sink, but a higher CFM fan, nothing obcene, but better airflow at 45C. My 533 won't do it yet, but then again it is running 3-2-2 PC100 so I am currently maxed at 912Mhz. It's running the factory Intel heat sink and fan at 43-44C. Just waiting until we stock the PC133 to try the double clock speed, but nobody around here is running PC133 yet.
