Question Alternative to ICS?

I have an ethernet network with 2 PCs. What I would like to know is if there is any way of sharing an internet connection, without using ICS??

This is because I only have Windows 98 First Edition, and it is not on the CD.
Is there any download for ICS??

If any more info needed, please e-mail me.

Try Proxy, it's similar to ICS.
