Ethernet cable extender...
Hi guys,
I'm trying to extend an ethernet cable... does anyone know of a product that would join two cables together. (ie. a connector with 2 female RJ-45 ends) I know I could just splice the two cables together, but I'm looking for a clean setup. Thanks. |

Yeah,
They are called inline couplers and can be found at some online stores. I will try and find a store and place a link. Edrod13

How far will the cable be after extension? Keep in mind that once you go over 100 m you will degrade the signal and lose data. Granted you will probably never go that far in a house.
