Happy New Year. Synching over the network.

Scenario:
I currently have 3 PC's on my small LAN network. 2 of the PC's are running XP Pro; the 3rd PC I just loaded 2000 Server. Currently the 2000 Server PC has a 6 gig, so thanks to newegg I just ordered a WD 80gig HDD 7200rpm 8mb Cache to use for data storage.

What I want to do:
I am in seek of a setting in XP Pro. or purchase/download an app that will let me do the following. Copy our important data to the 80gig drive as backup, and then run a periodic sync instead of us copying and pasting every so often.
Basically I want something that works like hotsync with the Palm pilots. Where the 2 devices compare and then make changes accordingly. Sort of like have a mirrored raid. Well I think that explains it. Does anyone know what will do this for me?

Check out novastor.com 's backup and recovery software. For networks I've been using NovaNET for a while now, and its fabulous. I think the new versions of NovaBACKUP also support peer-network backups, but I am not sure as to what the difference is.

Thanks, will check that out right away. Will post on what I did or didn't do.
Edit
Not bad, a little pricy but not un-affordable. I was thinking, do you or anyone knows if there is a backup option in XP Pro and/or 2000 Server?

Well we found and bought something; it's Winbackup (on PCMECH's homepage). It's easy to use and it works.
