dhcp
Hey guys i have a question for dchp...
Ok its a question on my work.... Dchp must be configured on bdc to supply ip address lease assignments to fictitious clients on the 192.168.35.0 network and to the member server, which in turn must always recieve the same ip address (192.168.35.2) Ok now when i configure dhcp on Backup domain controller which this os is Windows nt but doesnt matter because dhcp for windows 2000 , server etc... looks the same. So do i add the dhcp server first which would be the ip of the machine? then i would create a scope? i aint really sure exactly what to do any help out there.. I'll check back later |

Might just want to set a static IP on that one PC. BTW I am moving this to networking.
