Sandra says the 'pci latency' is too high on my NIC and may be 'hogging the bus.' How do I change that?

Don't. Sandra always misreports NIC's as being an unimportant device. In reality, you WANT the NIC to take precedence, otherwise your internet connection would stutter badly, and could cause data loss/corruption. Leave it alone.
