Aei Usb To Lan Adapter

IM ON NTL BROADBAND AND ITS NOT NOW ABLE TO CONECT TO THE NET, THE IP ADDRESS SHOWS 169 WHICH NTL HAS SAID ITS A PROBLEM, THE ENGINEER CAME ROUND TESTED THE LINE WITH HIS LAPTOP AND ALL OK, HE SAID I HAVE TO REINSTALL XP WHICH I HAVE BUT I DONT KNOW WHERE TO FIND THE DRIVERS FOR AEI USB TO LAN ADAPTER AS ITS ASKING FOR THE DRIVERS
ANY IDEAS

1. Please don't post in ALL CAPS.

2. It's going to work a lot better if you put a PCI LAN card in instead of using a USB adapter. If you really do want to use that adapter, you will need to find the drivers for it, if you bought it it should have come with drivers, if NTL provided it you need to get the drivers from them if they didn't leave you a disk or a CD.
