I have an external DSL and the phone line is connected to it. I can get incoming calls and make outgoing calls-but when talking for some time on the phone-my DSL line get's cut off. Is this normal? or something wrong with my connection. Help

Did you install the filters? If so, where are they located in relation to jacks and phone?

If all your filters are correct, (placed at the jacks)
you have no unfiltered items on the line(alarms and such) witht he exception of DSL equipment and you get disconnected when talking on the phone, it might be time to call tech support. There are a few things they can check on their side. Be sure to tell them the problem happens when you pick up the phone. Their are a settings on the telco side that can cause that problem. |

I did connect correctly. The disturbance happens sometimes-not all the times though.
