Internet 2

Im currently using Internet Connection Sharing with another PC...

but whenever I log off the internet, then log back on - the settings on Interet (2) in Network Connections, looses all it's settings and I have to keep telling it everytime to allow connection sharing.

Is there anyway to make the computer always remember it? Even when I log back on to the internet...

Thanks

After booting your Host and Client Computers do you LOG ON in the Log in Screen or just cancel it? All clients must have an active network stack to be able to gain access to the Internet via the ICS computer. To activate the network stack, you must log in. If you click Cancel in any logon screen, the network stack is disabled and you do not have network connectivity

If security is not an issue, you can configure your computer to automatically log on to Windows by following these steps:
Click Start, point t Settings, click Control Panel, and then double-click Network.
In the Primary Network Logon box, click Windows Logon.
Click OK.
When you are prompted to restart the computer, do so.
When you are prompted for your Windows logon information, type the appropriate user name, leave the password blank, and then click OK. HTH.
