Wireless G

Hi I have installed linksys wireless G , one computer is hard wired to the cable modem and the other is rigged with wireless
network card I get good access form the both computers to the internet but I cannot figure out how to get the two computers to talk to each other so I can share files printer etc.
I am running XP operating system on both computers and I need to know the steps to take to set up communication between the two and a possible third someday .
All help appreciated .

Make sure that NETBIOS over TCP/IP is enabled in the advanced TCP/IP options. If it is, the second choice is to install NETBEUI, here's Microsoft's instructions. http://support.microsoft.com/default...b;en-us;301041

You need to have File & Print sharing enabled on one or both of the machines, and you also have to actually share a recource in My Computer.

Finally, you need an account on the machine with the shared files that matches the name/password that is used to logon to the client machine.

What does it mean when you see %systemroot\system32\drivers%
I cannot seem to locate that file to copy the netbeui to :?
