Strage behavior with IE6

Just as of today (not sure after what action of mine) IE (if it's even Internet Explorer related) does not automatically refresh the forum pages on all forums. Meaning; I return to PCM to check on a post of mine, in the forums index it says it has 8 replies to it, but when I click on the thread link it shows only my post and no replies. So I must manually refresh (F5) for all the replies to appear. What is causing this?

Thanks,

I think there is a setting on the internet options where you can specify "automatically refresh the page every time I visit."

Where would that setting be?

I found those settings under Control Panel > Internet Options > Temporary Internet Files > Settings.
