winproxy help

hi
for now i have winproxy1.5 installed on my system (win2k usb adsl modem) -this setup is temporary and i know that a router would be a better sollution, i have something even better but it will take some time and doing-
but the problem is the client computers seem unable to access msn. it used to work fine this morning when i had 1.4 installed but i did not have a key for that version so....

does annyone have anny experience with winproxy and/or this paticular problem??????

i have no experience with winproxy, and on top of that the winproxy configuration is pretty wierd (in my eyes), the interface for configuration is a html page, so i'm slightly confused.

If this is temporary, why are you even bothering with winproxy? Just use ICS, it actually works quite well on Win2K. Winproxy is a pain.
