128k isdn doe s it give a better ping than 64k
which one is better or is there no diffrence in ping and lantency or is the diffrence small.

There are a lot of factors before we can answer that question. But since the 128 isdn line is faster then the 64 isdn line, I'd assume that the ping will be faster and the latency will be lower than with the 64 isdn line.

I doubt that the ping will be any better on a 128 ISDN than a 64. Ping times are dependent on the routing, not bandwidth, when you are using any kind of digital line.
