monitoring lan acess

hi,
is there anny way i can monitor who is getting what from the shared folders on my pc?? i'm running win2k and the lan has assinged ip adresses.
i don't mind the people on my lan acessing my shared folders, that's what i'm sharing them for, but i just caught my roommate trying to download my entire mp3 collection in 9 simultanious threads.
Sufficely to say, i was not happy. i think i got that thrue to him ;-) but i still would like to be able to keep an eye on things.

With a personal firewall, you can always see the active connections made to your computer and the bandwidth used for each connection.

Otherwise, you can just go to Computer Management and under Shared Folders, you can see current Open Sessions and also current Open Files
