Viris problem Hello Excuse me if I am not in the correct forum. The problem I have is a virus, win32.funlove.4099. It seems to be all over the place, especially in exe files. Norton detected it, but the only solution they seem to give is quarantining the files. But, this will not allow my system to work. Is there any way i can get rid of this short of wiping my hard drive or paying $50+ bucks to get aprogram to do it as Norton suggests? |

Just go to: http://www.symantec.com/avcenter/ven...love.4099.html And read what it says. At the bottom are instructions on how to actually remove the virus. Hope that helps.

Re: funlove virus
The problem is solved, Hooaray! :-}
Thank you all for the information and help. You can't imagine how much work you saved me, there were over 300 occurrences affecting all of my Microft applications, and other important programs I use regularly. Gratefully, hobo827 |
