Hey, how can i manually configure the DCHP server of my wireless adapter?

It should not be any different than configuring a regular NIC card, just right click on the adapter you desire to configure found in network places, and go to properties, then highlight TCP/IP, then click properties and that should get U to the place where you can set the IP addressing...

I thought what he meant was the wireless router. What you would have to do is enter a certain IP address to access the router configuration, and depending on the router, there is only a limited amount of configurations you can make regarding DHCP.

As I reread the original post I think your right that he is looking to configure the router...Usually DHCP is enabled by default so it is esentially plug and play. Do a winipcfg if Win9x or an ipconfig from the command line if Win2k/xp/nt and you'll be able to see if DHCP is already giving U an IP address...
