Need help in finding driver for winmodem
Can anyone help in finding driver for a sportster winmodem pc card? I have looked at 3Com and US Robotics and the drivers their will not work. Laptop gives a error "this driver is not for this device".

Install and run AIDA32 from the link below to get a report of your computer. On this report you will be able to page down to the modem and it will identify the chipset and even possibly give you a driver link. You can use this then to get the generic driver for the chipset model at the second link.

No Sportster drivers on my site, sorry.
USR and I had a very nasty copyright arguement long ago, and parted ways completely. You'll have to dig around the 3com site to find a driver, or search at www.driverguide.com |
