Wireless Sharing Files on seperate networks

Yes, sorry, i did see many threads out there that explains how to share files and print shring, but I still cannot get it to work. Here is my problem:

I have a wireless network at home and at school. Obviously, this is a laptop. Both locations use the same 802.11b signal. At home, I use a Netgear router, at school, they use a Cisco. At home, I also have a desktop (98SE) and another laptop (2000), and this laptop (XPpro) which I want to share files and shrare printers with. The printer is a Epson CX5200 multifunctional printer on the 98se desktop mentioned above. Since I am on two different networks, I need to set permission to who can access my My Documents file. I am still not sure how to do it and how to restrict access to it. The printer sharing would be my priority right now.

Any helps would be appreciated.

Thanks,
kram
