HELP! I'm locked out of my own computer
Hey,
Right now, I'm facing a crisis - my password is not recognized in WinXP. I have a laptop with XPpro that has a wireless network in both the school and home. THe school one is already set to a domain and stuff. Then, looking at the sharing printer thing on these threads, tried to change the workgroup. Big mistake - now it won't even recognize my password. My username goes something like ******@****.net so its a domain logon. Any help would be much appreciated, Thanks, kram

I'm sorry for double posting, but this is urgent, and I need this fixed as soon as practicable. I'm in a tight spot here - I can't log onto my own computer to change the log on settings.
Thanks, kram |

If you want to log into the local Admin account, you can change the password to anything you like with this tool: (removed by moderator)
I can't count the number of times this has saved me from a client's losing their passwords. ![]() --------------------------------------------- Moderator note: Sorry, but we can't allow this discussion here as per the forum FAQ.
