Setting up client to server network

Im setting up a 10 client (variuos os's win 98,XP,2000 workstation) network to a Win 2000 server as an app and file server. The person whom im doing this for would like internet access on the network (high speed) and the ability to filter Internet content to the users.Im thinkinkin I should setup a proxy server then. The question is should i set a stand alone proxy (whats a good proxy program?) or setup the proxy on the server itself with 2 nics, one to the internal network and one to the Internet.Any ideas on the most secure way to setup this network?
