Internet Connection Speed Varies too much...
Hey. 95% of the time my internet connection speed is less than 1mb/s... I'm on a T3 Lan connection via my college. the other 5% the internet is very fast. usually it is so slow i can't even open a web page... may i have some settings wrong?
windows xp pro onboard lan not everyone else's internet is this slow |

i forgot the site i used to test it. it was sad, the results. so is there anything i can do?

Borrow a laptop and plug it into your port - see if that's slow too, if it is, contact the admin.
