Just a quick question, if you had gotten a virus, could it spread through your entire network? I am speaking in terms of, I would be the primary user on the internet, my parents would basically only log on to check mail and surf a little. The network would not be used in the sense of sharing files and what not. But all four would have the capabilities...

If the pc's are connected to the same router/switch or directly to each other then YES. There are all sorts of viruses that spread through networks.

So, they can go by themselves, with no help from me, just by opening the attachment or whatever?
