Cant Play Some Games using Wireless Connection
I am currently connecting to the internet through a wireless router/modem which is downstairs in my living room. Everything has been working fine, and most internet games have been working fine. However I recently reinstalled an older game which i used to play (Using old Alcatel Modem) and I cannot play it online, which i have a feeling is due to the game recognising my network/modem ip of 10.0.0.10 instead of my usual static IP.
Could someone please help me and suggest how I could get this game to identify my normal IP, or suggest what I could do in order to be able to play the game online using the modem (game is age of empires rise of rome hehe). Thanks Bish P.S I' sorry if this is in the wrong section, however I put it in here as it seemed like a network related problem. |

Are you hosting, or just joining a game?
