Verizon stinks in my area.

I have verizon dsl and it goes down like every day. I've called em several times about the issue and their always like " okay sir we're gonna have to start a radical error check and we will get back to you in 48 hrs".. Then they will contact you during the day when your not at home, try and call them back, "okay sir we're gonna have to start a radical error check".................OMGGGGGGGG

builderboy feel free to post questions about the type of problem you are having. Going by your post I only know you are upset with Verizon and leaves us in the dark with no way to even thing about trying to help.
