Internet problem? server problem?

theres this forum I post on like everyday called Ejackonline, basically its just me and a bunch of guys I know, but anyways around 2 weeks ago i couldn't get on, it would attempt to load and would take a minute or 2 and then would come up action cancelled or could not access the page, So I figured the server was down, only later I find out that everyone else can access it just fine, so attempt to use it on one of the other computers at my house and it doesn't work their either, as far as i can tell Im banned but their is no reason why I would be. Also i asked my friend who runs the server and he said he had no idea. its really pissing me off I've even reinstalled IE and checked to see if my firewall had it banned or something but nothing seems to be working, any help/ideas? As it happens I dont have problems with anyother site but this one, and occasionally google will not show up but when i try it a minute later it will work fine.

Have you tried an alternative browser?

Need some more details - version of Windows, Internet connection details, etc.
