Thumbs up Iraqi TVE

Give them hell. I'm wondering though why the Coalition forces are not taking out the TV stations or at least the senders in Iraq. It should be easy for them to find them and that would stop the propaganda from them.

Send a message via AIM to TMAN
1.) civilian area
2.) once we conquer WE need to get OUR message out
3.) our goal is to keep infrastructure intact.

Now I pretty much completely agree- the politicl support is the most important during and after the fact of this war. But hey. I'm not in charge.

They put these around civilian's cause they knew we would not target them,But since they wanna fight dirty now like surrender and then shot our guys in the backs.
I say drop leaflets on those buildings that contain military and civillians that say something like. This building will be gone in 1, 6 ,12 hrs whatever and let them decide if they wanna be it ?

Send a message via ICQ to drisley
I think they e-bombed it. I heard it was back online, but with a weaker signal. I think there is strategic reasoning on not destroying it.

The reason Iraq State TV is still on the air is because there was an uproar after the last war because it was ILLEGIAL to bomb it and still is

The reason that it is still on-line is that Sadaam has learned redundancy.

Well they're back on the air. I'm also wondering with all the precision bombs and so many cruise missiles that we haven't destroyed the city. Like how many times can you hit a building, there should be nothing left but rubble.
