Florida's elections should and must be handled by Florida. It is a local matter. Bush going to Fed court to stop hand count, is the direct opposite of Bush's campaign rhetoric.

Bush signed a law in Texas that states hand counts are better than machine counts for election recounts.

The Federal Court might not even hear this case based on lack of Jurisdiction.
