Seems a dimple is a vote for the candidate, but I think a ballot that is dimpled is more indicative of a last minute change in a voter's mind to not vote for that candidate.

Isn't it funny how partie's platforms shift over time? The Republicans were once the party that were advocates of the Federal government's power over the state's, while the Democrats were the advocates of state power. Complete 180 today.

The party of Thomas Jefferson is dead.
