I agree with the article. But I think Gore is also fighting so hard because he knows that this is the last hurrah. If he doesn't prevail here, he is washed up. Hiliary will get the nod in 2004 for Pres. and since he couldn't even carry his own state of Tenn. due in large part because of his stand on tobacco, he knows he is finished there. The man has nothing to loose. Hence my post in another thread about watching out for Seminole and Martin co's. Make no mistake, someone other that that lawyer that bought the suit is funding this.
