If I were questioning Mr. Ashcroft, these would be the questions:
1) Have you been accused of sexual harassment? 2) Have you been accused of rape? 3) Have you ever been impeached by the legislature? 4) Have you "fooled around" with an intern? 5) Have you ever faced disbarment from legal profession? 6) Have you ever lied under oath? 7) Have you accepted campaign money from Chinese Communists? If the answers are "NO", welcome aboard.

I believe Ashcroft will be in. If the demos want Bush to meet them half way, they best backoff.
