well it looks like the state of CA is going to take over the power plants. nothing like a crisis to justify theft of property, huh? If I owned a power station that was about to be confiscated, I'd burn it to the ground before the theives got their hands on it.

i knew you lived in CA, but I've been hearing two different plans for the last day and a half with both plans involving the state seizing hydroelectric plants.
