What browser are you using and what type/speed is your internet connection?

Try clearing your browser cache and cookies.

If that doesn't work, try uninstalling and reinstalling flash.

If that doesn't work, check to see how many programs you have running in the system tray. Sometimes having too many programs running in the background at the same time starts to bog things down.

PCMech Live

It has been a long time. I reinstalled the Flash. Nope. So, I've boght a new pc: intel quad core Q6600/2.4 GHz/1066 MHz/L2 8MB/2x2048 MB DDR2/ Video card PCI-EX 512MB ATI 1550.
The reception is quite better, but still remain some trouble, mainly with image. I'm testing, just now, three possibilities: PCMech Live, Ustream and Mogulus - this one with the best result although it doesn't show the entries in the chat room. It seems it's a problem for native members, too. Well, thanks a lot for your attention.
