Re-Use Clone Drive
Once I clone my HD can I re-use the clone drive to make another clone. i.e. Say I clone my hard drive today and in 3 months can I clone the same HD again with the same clone drive?
Thanks |

If I understand you correctly: Yes, but you'll revert back to the 3 month clone state... or, if you mean make a new, fresh clone, then you'll have a current backup.

So if I use the same clone drive, it will erase my original clone and clone the HD again in it's current state?

Original drive --->> clone
You can repeat that as many times as you wish. The 'clone' drive will be as current as your last move, which is: Original drive --->> clone However, if you ever need to restore your "original drive,' then it will be: Clone --->> original drive When you go from clone to original, then the "original" is now in the same state your clone is in as of the last clone. So, in other words, if your 'clone' is 3 months old, then your 'original' drive will now also be 3 months old: the same age as the clone. |
