Producing a list of site-wide URLs/links

My client's intranet site must be tested for compatibility with IE7. I need to produce a list of all URI's (URL's?) so that they can be checked in the IE7 environment and the assertion boldly made that "they were all tested".

The manual derivation of this collection of links (I hope I'm using the correct terminology) could prove to be horribly time-consuming and error-prone, consuming time better spent testing them.

Does anyone know of a tool(s) (run from a web site or as an .exe) that could/would, starting at the home page, recursively crawl the entire site producing a list of these links?

I've tried a couple of web-based tools that gagged on the firewall and so I decided to concentrate my efforts on an installable .exe/.msi. To date, nothing has proven useful (possibly a function of my lack of expertise!!)

I'm further assuming that URLs generated within, say Javascript/VBScript, will not be detectable at all. Is this a fact?

I'd be grateful if you'd offer your suggestions or oppinions as to the best way of achieving my objective.
