Pissed Dell Deminsion 4300

I have an old Dell Deminsion 4300 that I would like to get some old info off the hard drive, the problem is the computer is shot it does not turn on. The video adapter is good the hard drive spin, the power supply is working..but no signal is recieved at my monitor. Im thinking the mobo is shot, if so is there another way in which in can retrieve this important data off the old drive?

Pull your old drive out of the tower and use this adapter to connect it to a USB port on another computer. http://geeks.com has a similar one for a little less.
