Best Canadian ISP?

My old ISP which was run by a friend is shutting down in the coming month and I'm looking for a new one.

I was wondering if you guys have a general consensus about what the best Canadian ISP is based on speed, reliability and price?

fyi my old ISP has suggested teksavvy.com for their former clients, not sure what to make of them.

Ended up simply transferring to teksavvy which is the exact same service I had before, only ~$30/month.

You know - there are very few staff members and premiere members from Canada - you probably would have gotten a response in another part of the forums. People are starting to use this private forum as a catchall for general questions.
